The concept behind this design was driven by the exploration of monolithic structures in modern architecture. The nature of the monolithic structure gave the Sydesign team the opportunity to conceal the look of the dual occupancy behind one unified design giving the illusion of one dwelling when viewed from the street.

The client brief was to create large, light filled homes that could be used for entertainment with easy access to the pool area. Sydesign’s solution provided a clever inclusion of a central courtyard, featuring a wrap around pool directly accessible from the main living area. The net result has been a series of homes which are bright, light filled and functional for modern day living and entertaining.

Sydesign has created a dual occupancy which boasts luxury design both in its internal spaces and in its overall look and feel.
